Today my mother returned to her house and left me alone to my cold kitchen. I realized that since the last time I was in Finland, I haven’t cooked any proper meals. So I have come to one decision: getting back to the healthy life that I had a year ago.
So, what to start?
I think of one nutritionist that I found on Youtube long time ago. She gave me lots of motivation to live healthier and better. Pickuplimes is the one that I’m talking about.
The plan is to follow her vegan recipes, starting tomorrow with the Rainbow Sushi Rolls.
